These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of thxsecurity.com (the "Site") and any purchase from THX Security ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and Pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Specifications may change without prior notice, and THX Security is not responsible for typographical errors. Some images are simulated and may not represent the actual product, and the package does not include everything shown in a picture (for example, a camera pictured with a lens or a recorder pictured with a monitor does not include the lens or monitor unless stated). Please contact our sales department for detailed information. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel any order for it and refund any amount paid.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, unauthorized purchases, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

3. Payment

Payment is due at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and account information. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped within the United States as described in our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns, Refunds and Warranty

Returns, refunds, fees and warranty coverage are governed by our Refund Policy and Warranty & Returns page, which is part of these Terms.

6. Use of the Site

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to copy or reuse its content without our permission. All Site content, including text, images and logos, is owned by THX Security or its licensors.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Products are provided subject only to the warranty described in our Refund Policy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, THX Security is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including property loss, loss of data, loss of profits or loss of use, arising from the purchase, installation, use or failure of any product. Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the product. Security products do not guarantee the prevention of loss, theft, damage or injury.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
